Status Monitor

This item is displayed in the Overview screen or in the Home screen.

  • Error Information/Notification

    Check information on errors occurring with the printer. Remedy the situation according to the error information.

  • Ink Information

    Check the ink level in the ink tanks and their model numbers.

  • Maintenance Cartridge Information

    Check on replacement of the maintenance cartridge and its remaining capacity.

  • Device Information

    Check information on the printer's total number of pages and on the device itself.

    • Version Information

      Check version information for the printer's firmware.

    • Usage

      Displays the actual printer usage, such as the total print area.

    • Print Head Information

      Displays the Print head serial number, elapsed days since the current Print head was installed, and dot count.

    • Print Head Alignment Log

      Displays the Print head alignment performance log (up to 5).

    • Automatically Applied Values

      Displays the head height and the vacuum strength of the transport portion in the last print job.

    • Serial Number

      The printer's serial number is displayed.

  • Copy/Print Job

    Check processing and logs for printing and copying.

  • Pause Printing

    Set whether to pause printing.

  • TX Job

    Check the send/save job status and log for scans.

  • Network Information

    Check the printer's network information.

    • IPv4

      Check settings such as the IPv4 address.

    • IPv6

      Check settings such as the IPv6 address.

    • Network Connection Method

      Check if the printer connection is wired or wireless. If the connection is via wireless LAN, you can also check communication status and error information.

    • Direct Connection Information

      You can check the connection, etc. when using Direct Connection.

    • IEEE 802.1X Error Information

      You can check error information when an error occurs with IEEE 802.1X authentication.

  • Rmv. Mem. Media

    Appears when a USB flash drive is connected. Press to remove the USB flash drive.

  • IP Address

    With initial settings, the printer's IPv4 address appears. You can also set this not to be displayed.
