Pausing Printing

During printing, if you set Pause Printing to On, the printer enters a state in which printing is paused, after the completion of the printing process when this setting was made.

In this state, all printing is not executed.

To restore normal operation after pausing printing, set Pause Printing to Off.

Note

  • In the following cases, the status is cleared even if you do not set Pause Printing to Off.

    • When paper is advanced

    • If you changed the media type from the paper setting display area area

  1. During a print job, in the Home screen or the Overview screen, select Status Monitor.

  2. Select Pause Printing.

  3. Select On.
