Checking the Print Job Status and Log
Printing and other processes done by the printer are managed as jobs. Checking job statuses and logs allows you to see that printing has been done correctly, or see the cause of an error.
This operation is available using the operation panel or Remote UI.
Important
-
If you have set the log not to be displayed, only the printing status can be viewed
Using Operation Panel
-
In the Home screen or the Overview screen, select Status Monitor.
-
Select Copy/Print Job.
-
Select Copy/Print Job Status or Print Job Log.
Copy/Print Job Status allows you to check jobs in progress and queued jobs.
