Checking Whether the Internet Can Be Accessed from a Computer or Smartphone

Step 1 Check whether the Internet can be accessed from a computer or smartphone.
The browser saves the content displayed on frequently accessed webpages to cache. Note that even if there appears to be access, there may be no connection.
Note- If the Internet cannot be accessed from a computer, smartphone, or tablet, contact the manufacturer of your wireless router, computer, smartphone, or tablet.
Once an Internet connection can be established from the computer/smartphone/tablet, perform the setup again from the setup application.
