Checking Windows Settings

If you are using Windows, check the following.

  1. Step 1 Check the settings of the security software.

    The software may be blocked by the firewall of the computer's security software.

    Check method: Check if printing is possible by disabling the firewall.

    Solution: Register the software so that printing is possible after the firewall is re-enabled.

    For details, check with the security software manufacturer.
