Network Solution 1-2-3

Network Solution 1-2-3 contains knowhow for connecting Canon Inkjet printers to wireless routers. Here we will explain points regarding checking and setting from the viewpoint of setting up a printer.

  • Since this guide has been prepared as a common version, there may be differences in descriptions depending on the item due to whether or not functions exists. The descriptions are provided under the assumption that the printer is a 2024 model with a wired LAN function. For details on the differences, check the specifications of your printer before use.
  • There are also models for which display and operation are not as described due to differences in model specifications.
  • Depending on the country or region where you live, the printer may not support the wireless LAN standards to use the 5 GHz band.
  • When connecting by Wi-Fi outdoors, do not connect to a 5 GHz network (SSID). Also, if you use Wireless Direct outdoors, do not use 5 GHz Wireless Direct. Depending on the country or region where you live, the frequencies of 5 GHz may be included in a band that is only allowed to be used indoors.
