Registering Groups to the Address Book

In the Home screen, select Address Book.

Select Register Dest.

If the Address Book PIN screen appears, enter the PIN, and select Apply.

In Destination Type, select Group.

Enter the Name, and select Apply.

Add destinations to the group.

1. Select Destination.

2. Select Add.

3. Checkmark destinations to add to the group, and select Apply.

   Note

   • Select the index at the bottom of the address book screen to filter and display destinations.

   • You can checkmark several destinations at the same time.

4. Check that the correct destinations are added to the group, and select Apply.

From Register As, select either Favorites or Coded Dial.

If you selected Coded Dial, either select an unregistered number, or press Use Numeric Keys and enter a 3-digit Coded Dial code.

Select Apply.

The group is registered to the address book.

Log in to the Remote UI in Administrator Mode

• Start up Remote UI

Select Address Book.

Select Favorites or Coded Dial.

Select an item displayed as Not Registered.

If the Enter PIN screen appears, enter the PIN for the address book, and select OK.

In Destination Type to Register, select Group, and select OK.

Enter the Group Name.

A group can be registered without entering a name. However, entering a name allows you to search with the first letter of the group name when specifying a destination later.

Add destinations to the group.

1. With Member List, select Select from Address Book....

2. Checkmark destinations to add to the group, and select OK.

   Note

   • Select Favorites or Coded Dial and then select Display to change the address book view.

   • You can checkmark several destinations at the same time.

Select OK.

The group is registered to the address book.
