Cause

The loaded paper is too small to be used for manual print head adjustment.

What to Do

• Replacing paper

  Follow the steps below to replace the paper with a size that can be used for manual print head adjustment.

  1. Tap Replace the paper and print on the touch screen to remove the paper.

     • Removing the Roll from the Printer
     • Removing Sheets

  2. Replace the paper with a size that can be used for manual print head adjustment.

     • Loading Rolls in the Printer
     • Loading Sheets in the Printer

• Stopping printing

  Tap Cancel or Stop on the touch screen.
