Printing stops and an error message is displayed

  1. Check 1 The roll paper may have been run out during printing.

The last portion of roll paper was used during a print job, and paper could not be advanced because the trailing edge is taped to the roll.

Remove the used roll and insert a new roll.

  2. Check 2 When removing a paper from the top delivery tray, have you removed all the paper?

It is recommended that you remove all printed documents on the tray when removing them. Returning the printed documents to the tray may cause paper jams.

  3. Check 3 Is the output location set to the top?

When ejecting from the top, the paper may jam depending on the printed image, paper width, temperature and humidity. In this case, switch the output location to the front.
