Colors are uneven in copy/scan

If problems occur with copying, you need to identify whether the issue is with scanning or printing.

Scan the original, and if you see similar problems in the scanned image, see Scan-related troubleshooting. If there are no problems with the scanned image, see Print-related troubleshooting.

1. Check 1 Copy/scan the original again.

2. Check 2 Rotate the original 90° and then copy/scan it again.

3. Check 3 If this does not solve the problem, restart the printer.
