Printing Templates Such as Lined or Graph Paper

Printable template forms

The following templates are available:

• Notebook paper

  You can select three line spacing formats. Setting on the LCD: Notebook 1 (8mm) Notebook 2 (7mm) Notebook 3 (6mm)

• Graph paper

  You can select three square sizes. Setting on the LCD: Graph 1 (5mm grid) Graph 2 (3mm grid) Graph 3 (1mm grid)

• Checklist

  You can print a notepad with checkboxes. Setting on the LCD: Checklist

• Staff paper

  You can print staff paper with 10 or 12 staves. Setting on the LCD: Staff paper 1 (10) Staff paper 2 (12)

• Handwriting paper

  You can print handwriting paper. Setting on the LCD: Handwriting(3 lines)

• Weekly schedule

  You can print a weekly schedule form. Setting on the LCD: Week planner (vert.)

• Monthly schedule

  You can print a monthly schedule form. Setting on the LCD: Monthly planner

Printing template forms

Print template form following the procedure below.

1. Check that printer is turned on.

2. Select Settings on the HOME screen.

   • LCD and Operation Panel

3. Select Template print.

4. Select template you want to print.

   • Printable template forms

5. Specify settings as necessary.

   

   A: Specify the number of copies.

   B: You can check the size and type of paper that is set currently.

   Note

   • is displayed on the LCD when the size or type of unsupported paper is registered. Change the paper setting in this case.

6. Load plain paper.

7. Start printing.

   Press Color button for printing following forms.

   • Notebook 1 (8mm)

   • Notebook 2 (7mm)

   • Notebook 3 (6mm)

   • Graph 1 (5mm grid)

   • Graph 2 (3mm grid)

   • Graph 3 (1mm grid)

   • Handwriting(3 lines)

   Press Black button for printing following forms.

   • Checklist

   • Staff paper 1 (10)

   • Staff paper 2 (12)

   • Week planner (vert.)

   • Monthly planner
