Using Temporary Tray when Editing Clipart
Place clipart you are not sure whether to use or frequently used clipart in the temporary tray.
Adding Clipart to Temporary Tray from Thumbnails

Click Edit in the task area, and then click Clipart.
The view switches to the Edit screen (Clipart).

In Category, select a clipart category.

Select the clipart you want to add from the thumbnails, and then drag and drop it to the temporary tray.
The selected clipart is added to the temporary tray.
Note
- Alternatively, right-click clipart in the thumbnails, and then click Add to Temporary Tray to add it.
Adding Clipart to Temporary Tray from View All Clipart Dialog Box

Click Edit in the task area, and then click Clipart.
The view switches to the Edit screen (Clipart).

Click (View All Clipart).
The View All Clipart dialog box appears.

In Category, select a clipart category.

Select the clipart you want to add from the thumbnails, and then click Add to Temporary Tray.
The selected clipart is added to the temporary tray.
Note
- To show or hide the temporary tray, click (Arrow) on the right (or at the bottom if the poster is in landscape orientation).
- Clipart can also be added directly to the temporary tray by dragging and dropping it from folders on your computer. For supported file formats, see Supported File Formats.
- To remove clipart from the temporary tray, select clipart and press the Delete key. Even after removing clipart from the temporary tray, the original clipart remains on your computer.
Adding Clipart to Posters from Temporary Tray

Drag and drop clipart from the temporary tray to the poster.
The clipart is added to the poster.
Note
- To replace clipart on the poster with another clipart in the temporary tray, select the clipart on the poster, and then drag and drop clipart from the temporary tray to the clipart on the poster.
