Using Temporary Tray when Editing Photos

Place photos you are not sure whether to use or frequently used photos in the temporary tray.

Adding Photos to Temporary Tray from Thumbnails

  1. Click Edit in the task area, and then click Photos.

    The view switches to the Edit screen (Photos).

  2. Click the Photos tab.

  3. In Category, select a photo category.

  4. Select the photo you want to add from the thumbnails, and then drag and drop it to the temporary tray.

    The selected photo is added to the temporary tray.

    Note

    • Alternatively, right-click a photo in the thumbnails, and then click Add to Temporary Tray to add it.

Adding Photos to Temporary Tray from View All Photos Dialog Box

  1. Click Edit in the task area, and then click Photos.

    The view switches to the Edit screen (Photos).

  2. Click the Photos tab.

  3. Click (View All Photos).

    The View All Photos dialog box appears.

  4. In Category, select a photo category.

  5. Select the photo you want to add from the thumbnails, and then click Add to Temporary Tray.

    The selected photo is added to the temporary tray.

Note

  • To show or hide the temporary tray, click (Arrow) on the right (or at the bottom if the poster is in landscape orientation).
  • Photos can also be added directly to the temporary tray by dragging and dropping them from folders on your computer. For supported file formats, see Supported File Formats.
  • To remove photos from the temporary tray, select one and press the Delete key. Even after removing photos from the temporary tray, the original photos remain on your computer.

Adding Photos to Posters from Temporary Tray

  1. Drag and drop a photo from the temporary tray to the poster.

    The photo is added to the poster.

Note

  • To replace a photo on the poster with another photo in the temporary tray, select the photo on the poster, and then drag and drop a photo from the temporary tray to the photo on the poster.
