Printing Posters

  1. In the task area, click Print.

    The view switches to the Print screen.

    Note

    • Before printing your poster you can run a test print on A4 or Letter sized paper. For details, see Test Printing.
  2. Check print settings.

    Note

    • Specify the printer to use, Media Type, Media Source, and other settings in Paper Options screen. For details, see Specifying Size and Paper.
  3. Select the Print Quality and Matching Method.

  4. Specify the number of Copies to print.

  5. Click Print.

    The Print Progress dialog box appears.

    Note

    • To start imagePROGRAF Preview and check the print result in the preview, select the Check Print Preview Before Printing checkbox, and then click Print. This is recommended when printing on roll paper.
    • To check the settings and print result, click Print Preview... in the File menu.
    • To import print data from various applications and adjust the layout before printing, select the Use Free Layout checkbox.
    • To cancel printing, click Cancel Printing in the Print Progress dialog box.
