Adding, Replacing and Removing Photos

Add photos from the library to your poster or replace a photo on your poster with another photo.

Use the temporary tray to add or replace photos easily.

Adding Photos

  1. Click Edit in the task area, and then click Photos.

    The view switches to the Edit screen (Photos).

  2. Click the Photos tab.

  3. In Category, select a photo category.

  4. Select a photo from the thumbnails, and then double-click it.

    The selected photo is added to the poster.

    Note

    • Selected photos can also be added by dragging and dropping them to the poster design area.
    • Alternatively, right-click a photo in the thumbnails, and then click Insert to Poster to add it.
    • Added images can be resized, rotated, moved, etc. as desired. For details, see Working with Objects.

Replacing Photos

  1. On the poster, click the photo you want to replace.

  2. Click the Photos tab.

  3. Select a photo from the thumbnails, and then double-click it.

    The photo on the poster is replaced with the new one.

    Note

    • Alternatively, right-click a photo in the thumbnails, and then click Replace to replace the photo on the poster with the new photo.
    • Photos can also be replaced with other photos, for example from folders on your computer or from a scanner. For details, see Inserting Images in Posters.

Removing Photos

  1. On the poster, click the photo you want to remove.

  2. Press the Delete key.

    The selected photo is removed from the poster.

    Note

    • Even after removing photos from the poster, the original photos remain on your computer.
