"The tray is full." is displayed even though the Top Delivery Tray is not full

1. Remove all printed documents loaded on the top delivery tray.

   Important

   • The top delivery tray has a full load counter function that counts the number of printed document loaded. The full load counter function has a threshold for the number of sheets to be loaded for each media type, and depending on the media type, full load may be detected with a small number of sheets.
   • When removing the printed document loaded on the output tray, remove all the printed document. The load counter cannot be reset unless all printed document is removed.
   • In addition to the full load counter function, the top delivery tray has a transport status detection function to prevent paper jamming. Depending on the loaded status of the printed document, the transport status detection function may work earlier than the full load counter, and the printer may stop.
