Cannot Print Using the Top Delivery Tray

Check 1 Does the paper being printed support top output?
Paper that does not support top output supports only front output. If you want to print with top output, print on a different type of paper.

Check 2 Are you printing on the sheet?
A sheet only supports front output. If you want to print with top output, load the roll paper again.

Check 3 Is the Automatic cut setting of the printer driver set to Off or Print cut lines?
If the Automatic cut setting of the printer driver is set to Off or Print cut lines, you cannot print with top output. If you want to print with top output, set Automatic cut to Yes.

Check 4 Isn't it printing by maintenance or printing of printer information?
For printing by maintenance, only Adjust print quality (top) and Adjust feed length (top) support top output. In addition, printing of printer information supports only front output.

Check 5 Is the paper sent more than the specified amount?
If the tip of the paper protrudes forward from the original position, you may not be able to switch the output location. If you cannot switch the output location, cut the paper before switching the output location.
