Store/Access Files

This item is displayed when Menu then Function Settings is selected in the Home screen.

Important

  • Administrator privileges are required for displaying/changing some setting items. The printer may need to be restarted for some settings to be applied.

  • Common Settings

    Make settings for saving to a USB flash drive.

    • USB Memory Settings

      Make function settings for saving scan data to a USB flash drive.

      • Change Default Settings (USB Memory)

        Change initial settings for saving scan data to a USB flash drive. Also after pressing Reset in the scan screen for saving scan data to a USB flash drive, settings return to those set here.

  • Memory Media Settings

    Set functions that are available when inserting a USB flash drive in the printer.

    • Use Scan Function

      Set this to On to allow scan data to be saved to a USB flash drive. To restrict saving, set this to Off.

  • Screen When Mem. Med. Conn

    Set whether to display an operation screen for a USB flash drive when inserting one in the printer.
