You need to consent to the printer's information transmission again.

What to Do

Configure the information transmission settings by following these steps.

Important

• Administrator privileges are required for this operation.

1. Press printer's HOME button.

   Home screen is displayed.

2. Select Menu.

3. Select Management Settings.

4. Select Data Management.

5. Select Settings for Data Sending.

   Note

   • After selecting Settings for Data Sending, depending on your country or region, an age verification may be displayed.

6. Select Change Settings.

   Confirm Conditions of Use is displayed.

7. Review the content displayed on the touch screen and select Next.

8. Select Accept.

   Send Information to Improve Service is displayed.

9. Review the content displayed on the touch screen and select Next.

10. Select Accept.
