Cause

You do not have permission to access the shared folder, or the destination is not set correctly.

What to Do

  1. Check 1 Does the sending user (user name registered as a destination) have write permission for the storage location?

    If the user does not have permission, grant write permission to the sending user for the storage location. For details, contact the network administrator.

  2. Check 2 Set the correct path to the shared folder.

    Use Remote UI to display the Address Book, select the applicable destination, and set the server name correctly.
