Cause

The SMTP/POP3 server name is not configured correctly on the printer, or the printer is not connected correctly to the network.

What to Do

1. Check 1 Check the SMTP/POP3 server name set on the printer.

2. Check 2 Check the network status and settings.

   If the printer is not connected to a network, reconfigure the network settings.
