Make settings so that all the calls will be received as faxes automatically after the telephone connected to the printer rings for a specified period time.

1. Press the button on the printer.

2. Use the buttons to select FAX.

3. Press the OK button.

   

4. Select Function list, then press the OK button.

   

5. Select Receive mode settings, then press the OK button.

   

6. Make sure that TEL priority mode is selected, then press the Function button that corresponds to Advanced.

   

7. Select Manual/auto switch, then press the OK button.

   

8. Select ON, then press the OK button.

   

9. Use the buttons to set the period of time for which to ring the telephone.

11. Select User-friendly reception, then press the OK button.

    

12. Select OFF, then press the OK button.
