Set the printer's telephone line type to pulse dialing.

  1. Press the HOME button on the printer.

  2. Use the UpDownLeftRight buttons to select Setup.

  3. Press the OK button.

  4. Select Device settings, then press the OK button.

  5. Select FAX settings, then press the OK button.

  6. Select FAX user settings, then press the OK button.

  7. Select Telephone line type, then press the OK button.

  8. Select Rotary pulse, then press the OK button.
