Make settings so that a fax will be received automatically after the answering machine connected to the printer answers a call.

Press the
button on the printer. -
Use the
buttons to select FAX. -
Press the OK button.

Select Function list, then press the OK button.

Select Receive mode settings, then press the OK button.

Make sure that TEL priority mode is selected, then press the Function button that corresponds to Advanced.

Select Manual/auto switch, then press the OK button.

Select OFF, then press the OK button.

Select User-friendly reception, then press the OK button.

Select ON, then press the OK button.
