Troubleshooting -WPS (PIN Code)-

The Direct Lamp Lights Up

1. Check1 Check the wireless router's settings.

   The error also appears when wireless connection setup was not completed within 10 minutes after release the RESUME button.

2. Check2 Is the wireless router turned on?

   If it is already turned on, turn it off, and then turn it back on.

   Do not proceed to the next screen of this guide until the power is turned on. The connection to the wireless router will be temporarily disabled.

3. Check3 To reset the error, and then redo the printer setup.

   Press the ON/Stop button (A).

   • Redo the WPS (PIN code) Connection

   Proceed to the link destination and continue from step 3.

4. Check4 Are the wireless router and printer installed in an open space where wireless communication is possible?

5. Check5 Is the wireless router operating in IEEE802.11n (2.4 GHz), IEEE802.11g, or IEEE802.11b?

   • Redo the WPS (PIN code) Connection

   Proceed to the link destination and continue from step 3.
