Choosing Wi-Fi Settings

Follow the procedure below to setup a printer.

Make sure printer is turned on before starting wireless connection setup.

If the power is on, the ON lamp will be lit.

Important
- If printer is performing cleaning, print head alignment, or other processes, wait for the process to finish, before starting setup.
Select Wi-Fi setup method.

Easy Wireless Connect

Set the wireless router information to the printer directly from a device (such as a computer or smartphone), without operating the wireless router

Easy Wireless Connect may take some time. Internet connection may become temporarily unavailable during setup.

Easy Wireless Connect is not available on Chrome OS, Windows 11 in S mode, or Windows 10 in S mode. Select Other setup.
However, even on Chrome OS, you can connect the printer to the wireless router easily by using Easy Wireless Connect in a smartphone app. To download the app, return to the previous page.
