Print settings return to their defaults after updating the driver
After updating an installed driver, if none of the print settings are carried over, and all of the print settings return to their default settings, this may be due to the following cause. Address the problem according to the "Remedy" content.
Cause
Windows specifications or changes in the driver due to additions or changes to functions.
Remedy
After acquiring the device information, change the print settings.
To acquire the device information, perform the procedure for enabling usage of the functions of the device.
