Adding Artwork to Library
Add photos, clipart, or created posters to the library to use in PosterArtist.
Adding Posters to Template Library
Created posters can be added to the library as templates.

In the File menu, click Add to Templates....
The Artwork Manager dialog box appears.
Note
- Alternatively, add from Add to Templates... in Select Template screen.

In Category, select a category.
Note
- To add a new category, click Add new category.... Enter the name in Name, and then click OK to add the category to the bottom of the Category list.
- You can protect the poster from being edited, or set a time limit for its use as a template. For details, see Saving Artwork Dialog Box (Templates).

Click OK.
The displayed poster is added to the library.
Note
- The poster and the images used in it are saved in the folder specified in the Preferences dialog box.
Adding Images to Library
Add photos, clipart, and other images to the library.

Right-click an image in the poster design area, and then click Add to Photos / Clipart....
The Artwork Manager dialog box appears.
Note
- Alternatively, to display the Saving Artwork dialog box, select an image in the poster design area, display the Edit screen (Photos) or Edit screen (Clipart), and then click Add to Photos / Clipart... or Add to Clipart....

In Artwork type, select Photos or Clipart.

Select the Artwork type according to the image.
Photos: Photos
Clipart: Photos, clipart, shapes, text, and QR codes

In Category, select a category.
Note

The image is added to the library.
