Print out and turn in assignments from Google Classroom

Learn how to print assignments from Google Classroom, scan your completed assignments and turn them in.

Recommended Use

  • Print assignments directly from the printer's operation panel.
  • Print out several assignments all at once.
  • Scan your completed assignments, and turn them in.

Not supported depending on your model.

Preparation

  1. STEP

    Access Cloud services from the printer's operation panel.

    For details, see Registering Printer Information to cloud service.

  2. STEP

    Select Google Classroom from the list of apps.

    Log in with your Google account details.

    Use your Google Classroom account to log in.

Printing Assignments

  1. STEP

    Choose an assignment from Print.

    Select a Class, Status, and the assignment you want to print.

    Check the settings and print.

    Tips

    • The following file types can be printed.
      • JPEG, PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, RTF, Google Docs

Turning in Assignments

  1. STEP

    Select Upload assignment.

    : Can be used with genuine Canon ink.

  2. STEP

    Load the original and scan.

    If necessary change the settings.

    Tips

    • Scanned data is saved to My Drive on your Google Drive.

    Log in to Google Classroom from your PC or smartphone, and add scanned data to an assignment.

    Select your scanned data from Recent in Google Drive, and then add the data.

    Check the added data, and then turn in the assignment.
