Auto maintenance settings
This item is displayed when you select Printer settings on the Home screen.
Important
- The administrator password is required to change settings if it is enabled for changing settings using the operation panel.

Auto nozzle check
Enables/Disables automatic nozzle checking. You can also select the page interval to perform automatic nozzle checking.

Nozzle check error display
Enables/Disables displaying the nozzle check error.

System Cleaning frequency
Specifies the frequency of automatic system cleaning.
Note
- To maintain print quality, we recommend you select Short if you use the printer at a higher elevation.

Print pattern after new head
Selects whether you print an adjustment pattern after replacing the Print head.

Ink ejection status check
Sets whether to monitor print head ejection status, and to automatically fix issues or to display a warning.

Auto fix
When a change in the print head ejection status is detected, the head position is automatically fixed. If you want to obtain more precise adjustment results, we recommend setting Display warning and performing Print Head Alignment when the warning is displayed.

Display warning
Displays a notification message on the touch screen when a change in the print head ejection status is detected.

OFF
Disables automatic detection.
Important
- Depending on the paper feeding method, Cutting mode settings, etc., automatic detection may not be performed.
