Cannot Find Machine During Wired LAN Setup: Check 4
Is machine connected to router?
Use the operation panel to make sure the machine is connected to the router.
Select Setup on HOME screen and select Device settings > LAN settings > Confirm LAN settings > LAN setting list.
Make sure Connection on the touch screen is set to Active..
If Connection is set to Inactive:
The machine is not connected to the router. Connect the machine to the router.
Once you have connected the machine to the router, click Back to Top on the Check Printer Settings screen to redo the network communication setup from the beginning.
