Is machine set to allow wireless communication?
Make sure the

icon is displayed on the touch screen.
If icon is not displayed:
The machine is not set to allow wireless communication. Turn on wireless communication on the machine.
Once you have turned on wireless communication, click Back to Top on the Check Printer Settings screen to redo the network communication setup from the beginning.
