Other Cases

Check the following:

1. Check 1 Is anything blocking paper output slot?

2. Check 2 Are there any foreign objects in top feed or manual feed tray?

   

   If there are any foreign objects in the top feed or manual feed tray, be sure to turn off the printer, unplug it, and then remove the foreign object.

   

   Note

   • If the feed slot cover is opened, close it slowly.

3. Check 3 Is paper curled?

   Correct curl before loading paper.
