List of Support Codes for Printer Errors

When errors occur, support codes are displayed on your computer screen and the Alarm lamp and/or ON lamp flashes/lights.
A "support code" is an error number, and is displayed along with an error message.
When an error occurs, check the support code and take the appropriate action in response.

Alarm Lamp and ON Lamp in the Event of an Error
The number of times the Alarm lamp flashes and the number of times the Alarm lamp and ON lamp alternately flash can be used to determine the appropriate action.
