Troubleshooting: If The connections are incorrect. Screen Appears

The phone cord connections are incorrect.
Follow the steps below to retest.

  1. Swap the positions of the phone cords connected to the printer.

  2. Tap OK.

    Error screen: The connections are incorrect. Swap the LINE and EXT. cables.

  3. Tap Yes.
