Make settings so that all the calls will be received as faxes automatically after the telephone connected to the printer rings for a specified period time.

1. Press the button on the printer, then tap FAX.

   

2. Tap Function list.

   

3. Tap Receive mode settings.

   

4. Make sure that TEL priority mode is selected, then tap Advanced.

   

5. Tap Manual/auto switch: ON.

   

6. Set the period of time for which to ring the telephone.
