Make a line connection.

  1. Connect the supplied phone cord to the printer's jack (labeled LINE on the back).

    Easy setup screen: Connect one end of the supplied phone cord to the LINE jack on the rear side of the device.

  2. Tap Next.

    Easy setup screen: Select Next

  3. Connect the other end of the phone cord to the phone line.

    Easy setup screen: Connect the other end of the phone cord to your TEL line socket, modem or splitter.

  4. Tap Next.

    Easy setup screen: Select Next

  5. Tap Next since you will not connect a telephone to the printer.
