Check the phone cord connection in the following points:

  • Do you use the supplied phone cord or a duplex phone cord?

  • Is the supplied phone cord connected to the printer's jack (labeled LINE on the back)?

  • Is the other end of the supplied phone cord connected to the wall jack?

    • xDSL Modem (with Built-in Splitter)

    • xDSL Modem (with External Splitter)

  • Is the phone cord clicked into the telephone?
