Set the sender information.

The name and fax/phone number registered in User information settings will be printed as the sender information together with the date and time on the recording paper of the receiver.

• A fax without such sender information can be rejected depending on the receiver machine settings. Registration of the user information is recommended.

1. Press the button on the printer.

2. Use the buttons to select Setup.

3. Press the OK button.

   
   

4. Select Device settings, then press the OK button.

   

5. Select FAX settings, then press the OK button.

   

6. Select FAX user settings, then press the OK button.

   

7. Select User information settings, then press the OK button.

   

8. Enter the Unit name, then press the OK button.

9. Make sure that Unit TEL is selected, then enter the telephone number using the Numeric buttons.

   

10. Check the entered details, then press the OK button.
