Perform the dial tone test to check if the phone cord is connected correctly.

1. Press the OK button.

   

2. Select the result of the dial tone test.

   

• If you heard a dial tone, select Heard, then press the OK button and see here
• If you did not hear a dial tone, select Not heard, then press the OK button and see here
• If you do not hear a dial tone even after retesting, select Not heard, then press the OK button and see here
