Set the date and time.

  1. Press the HOME button on the printer.

  2. Use the UpDownLeftRight buttons to select Setup.

  3. Press the OK button.

  4. Select Device settings, then press the OK button.

  5. Select Device user settings, then press the OK button.

  6. Select Date/time setting, then press the OK button.

  7. Use the LeftRight buttons to move the cursor under the target position, then enter the month/day/year (last two digits) and hour (24-hour format)/minute using the Numeric buttons or the UpDown buttons.

  8. Check the entered details, then press the OK button.
