Exit Easy setup.

  1. Select No, then press the OK button.

    Easy setup screen: Check the connections at both ends of the phone cord.

  2. Select Yes, then press the OK button.

    Easy setup screen: Exit Easy setup?

If the trouble is not solved, the printer may be defective, or the problem may be caused by some other reasons.
