Troubleshooting: If Cannot confirm connection. Screen Appears

The phone cord may not be connected correctly.
Follow the steps below to retest.

  1. Check the connection status of the phone cord, and then reconnect it.

  2. Tap OK.

    Error screen: Cannot confirm connection. Check that both ends of the phone cord are connected correctly.

  3. Tap Yes.
