Troubleshooting: If The connections are incorrect. Screen Appears

The phone cord connection is incorrect.
Follow the steps below to retest.

  1. Reconnect phone cord connected to printer to correct jack (labeled LINE on back).

  2. Tap OK.

    Error screen: The connections are incorrect. Swap the LINE and EXT. cables.

  3. Tap Yes.
