Troubleshooting: If The connections are incorrect. Screen Appears

The phone cord connection is incorrect.
Follow the steps below to retest.

1. Reconnect phone cord connected to printer to correct jack (labeled on back).

   

2. Press the OK button.

   

3. Make sure Yes is selected, and then press the OK button.
