Setting Up - Advanced Settings of Receive Mode

Make settings so that a fax will be received automatically after the answering machine connected to the printer answers a call.

1. Press the HOME button on the printer.

2. Use the buttons to select Fax.

3. Press the OK button.

   

4. Make sure Menu is selected, and then press the OK button.

   

5. Select Receive mode settings, and then press the OK button.

   

6. Make sure Tel. priority mode is selected, and then press the OK button.

   

7. Make sure Yes is selected, and then press the OK button.

   

8. Make sure Manual/auto switch is selected, and then press the OK button.

   

9. Make sure OFF is selected, and then press the OK button.

   

10. Select User-friendly RX, and then press the OK button.

    

11. Make sure ON is selected, and then press the OK button.
