Troubleshooting: If Telephone line is busy. Screen Appears

Connection test has failed since the phone line is in use.
Follow the steps below to retest.

  1. Make sure the phone line use has ended.

    • Make sure no call is incoming or in progress.
    • Make sure the handset is in the correct position.
  2. Press the OK button.

  3. Make sure Yes is selected, and then press the OK button.
