Make settings to check if each call is a fax or not then receive faxes by using the printer panel.

  1. Press the FAX button on the printer.

  2. Press the Menu button.

  3. Use the LeftRight buttons to select Receive mode set.

  4. Press the OK button.

  5. Make sure that TEL priority mode is selected, then press the OK button.

  6. Make sure that Yes is selected, then press the OK button.

  7. Make sure that Manual/auto switch is selected, then press the OK button.

  8. Make sure that OFF is selected, then press the OK button.

  9. Make sure that User-friendly RX is selected, then press the OK button.

  10. Select OFF, then press the OK button.
