Manual connect

  1. Tap the input area.

  2. Enter the wireless router name/network name (SSID). Text entry is case-sensitive.

    If you don't know your wireless router name, see the wireless router manual or contact its manufacturer.

  3. Tap OK.

  4. Make sure the wireless router name/network name (SSID) is correct.

  5. Tap OK.

  6. One of the screens below will appear.

    If "Connected to the wireless router." appears, the network does not require a password. Continue from step 11.

    If a different screen appears, see "Troubleshooting."

  7. Tap the input area.

  8. Enter the network password (WEP key or passphrase). Text entry is case-sensitive.

    If you don't know the network password for your wireless router, see the wireless router manual or contact its manufacturer.

  9. Tap OK.

  10. Tap OK.

  11. When the screen on the below appears, tap OK.

    Completion screen (Connected to the wireless router.)

    If a different screen appears, see "Troubleshooting."

  12. Tap HOME on the left side of the screen.

    When connection is complete, Network status appears at the bottom left of the screen.

The network connection setup is now complete.
