Easy WL connect

  1. Check the screen displayed on the printer.

    Note

    • If a screen other than Ready to print is displayed, please check the following.

      • If the following screen is displayed

        Easy wireless connect screen: Follow the instructions on your computer or smartphone.

        Press the Stop button (A), then proceed to the step 2.

      • If the following screen is displayed

        If 3440 error or 3441 error or "[Easy WL connect] is completed" is displayed, press the OK button, and then proceed to the step 2.

      If a different error screen is displayed, use the close button to exit your current application software, and then perform the setup again.

      The initial screen for printer setup appears via the model selection screen.

  2. Press and hold the printer's Wireless connect button (A) for about three seconds.

  3. Once connection preparation is complete, the following screen appears on the printer.

    Easy WL connect screen: Follow the instructions on the PC or smartphone, etc.

    If an error appears, select "Other connection types" and follow the on-screen instructions.

  4. Proceed with the setup as follows according to your environment.
